Two grill probes, each with a 4" needle tip and 24" flame-resistant steel cable. Monitor two steaks at once, or use one probe to monitor the ambient temperature as you're smoking. Also includes a grill clip to mount a probe for ambient monitoring.
These probes are designed for grilling and smoking. The probe has a needle tip to get you the fastest reading, and is rated for 500ºF. The steel cables can take higher temperatures than the silicone cables on our other probes — 720ºF for extended periods. (But they shouldn't be exposed to liquid.)
